Established in 1990 in Bogura, Hamdard Unani Medical College and Hospital (HUMCH) is a pioneer institute in Unani Medicine, dedicated to teaching, training, and research in traditional healing systems.
Dr. Hakim Md. Yousuf Harun Bhuiyan recognized the healthcare challenges in North Bengal - poverty, superstition, illiteracy, and limited access to modern medicine.
